Booking & Availability

Purchasing a package, class, or add-on through this website reserves your request but does not guarantee availability. Within 2 business days of your purchase, Génesis will confirm whether she is available to support your estimated due date and location.

If Génesis is unable to accommodate your due date or location for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid — no questions asked.

After a Service Agreement Is Signed

Once you and Génesis have signed a service agreement (contract) for doula support, all payments become non-refundable. This is because, once your due date is confirmed and your contract is signed, Génesis:

• Turns away other clients due for the same window

• Blocks her on-call schedule exclusively for your birth

• Begins prenatal preparation, planning, and communication specific to your family

Because doula support is reserved exclusively for you from the moment your contract is signed — regardless of when your baby actually arrives, how labor unfolds, or whether you choose not to use the full package — no refunds are issued after this point, for any package, class, or add-on included in that agreement.

Classes & Add-Ons Purchased Separately

• Classes (Birth With Confidence, Newborn Care, Birth Preparation Bundle) may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, at no charge. Rescheduling with less notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

• Add-ons purchased as part of a package (Early Labor Support, Private Lactation Package, Placenta Encapsulation) follow the same non-refundable terms as the package itself once a contract is signed.

• Add-ons purchased on their own, before any package or contract is signed, follow the same "availability confirmation" refund terms above.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the terms above, email thebirthingmagic@gmail.com with your order confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
