Birth Education + Full Labor Support

Complete Magic is for families who want more than support on birth day. It's designed to help you understand birth, prepare your partner, practice the tools you'll use during labor, and build a relationship with your doula before labor ever begins.

You'll receive three private prenatal sessions, ongoing pregnancy support, continuous labor and birth support, Birth Story Photography, and postpartum follow-up.

Prenatal #1 — Birth Preferences & Planning

45–60 minutes · Virtual

We'll discuss your birth history, priorities, concerns, provider and hospital, pain-management preferences, interventions, partner involvement, feeding preferences, and how you envision being supported.

We'll also discuss when to contact me, when in-person doula support begins, and what to expect when labor starts.

Prenatal #2 — Understanding Labor & Your Options

60–75 minutes · Virtual

Your private childbirth education session helps you understand what may happen during birth — without teaching you that there is only one “right” way to give birth.

We'll cover:

  • Stages and progression of labor

  • Early labor vs. active labor

  • When it may be time to go to your birth location

  • Water breaking and contraction patterns

  • Induction and Pitocin

  • Cervical checks and breaking the water

  • Fetal monitoring

  • Epidural and pain-management options

  • Assisted and cesarean birth

  • Informed consent and decision-making

  • Questions to ask when interventions are recommended

The goal isn't to memorize a perfect birth plan. It's to help you understand your options and feel confident participating in decisions about your care.

Prenatal #3 — Birth With Confidence

Approximately 90 minutes · In Home

This is our hands-on preparation session, and your partner or primary support person is encouraged to participate.

We'll practice:

  • Breathing and relaxation

  • Labor and birth positions

  • Movement and positioning

  • Birth ball and peanut ball techniques

  • Counterpressure and hip squeezes

  • Massage and rebozo techniques

  • Positions for labor with an epidural

  • Comfort measures

  • Practical ways your partner can support you

I don't replace your partner. I help them become part of your birth team.

Personalized Birth Plan

We'll organize your preferences into a personalized birth plan that helps you communicate what matters to you while remaining flexible for the unpredictable nature of birth.

Unlimited Prenatal WhatsApp Support

Throughout our time together, you'll have ongoing WhatsApp access to me for pregnancy and birth-related questions, resources, guidance, and support.

Continuous Labor & Birth Support

Beginning at 38 weeks, I'm on call for your birth. Once in-person support begins, I'll remain with you throughout active labor, birth, and approximately the first hour postpartum.

Support includes positioning, movement, comfort measures, breathing, emotional reassurance, partner guidance, support navigating changing plans, and help creating a calm and supportive birth environment.

Birth Story Photography

When circumstances allow, I'll capture candid photos and short video clips during labor, birth, and those first moments with your baby — allowing your partner to stay present with you.

Doula support will always be my first priority. Photography depends on birth circumstances and hospital policies and cannot be guaranteed.

Virtual Postpartum Follow-Up

After baby arrives, we'll reconnect virtually to talk about your birth experience, recovery, adjustment, and any questions or resources you may need.
